This one is a hard one. The balance of being central to the region, and meeting the budget is proving difficult.

Current climate is there is loads of space out there. Some activity is going on (some are being rented). But more comes on line every day. Finding a place where the owner is willing to meet our price (and isn't having issues themself) is hard.

I haven't gone the route of trying to find bank owned space yet (Could we rent a distressed property?)
